Cheddar Jalapeño Burgers with a Mexican Twist

Going to try these tonight!

  1. Combine the first 9 ingredients with your hands and form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Heat grill to high heat and place patties over direct flame to sear the outside. Close the lid.
  3. Flip burgers once the bottom is seared to sear the other side. Keep lid closed.
  4. Once the other side is seared, turn down the heat to low. Flip burgers once again.
  5. Keep the lid closed and cook to desired doneness. Remove to a plate.
  6. Place 2 lettuce leaves on a plate, place burger patty on top. Add tomato slice and a few avocado slices. Add condiments of your choice (like avocado mayonnaise - yum!) Then top with remaining lettuce and enjoy!
