Keto Frosty
This was just the thing for an after dinner treat today when I had calories to spare. It’s not as thick as a Frosty but the taste is close.
Makes 2 servings
1/2 c hwc
1 scoop isopure zero carb vanilla protein powder
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp truvia or to taste
Ice cubes (I used 10)
Blend like crazy until there are no ice chunks. Add more ice cubes, sweetener or cocoa to taste.
