NSV: Logged my entire 3,771cal cheat day

I don't usually log my cheat days - I try to ignore the super huge amount of food I eat all day. This is a very relaxed cheat days compared to all my other ones; I usually hit around 5,000-6,000 (eating till I'm uncomfortably full, waiting an hour, and then eating until I'm uncomfortable full again). For this cheat day, I just ate until I felt satisfied (Yes, this is how I would eat if I never counted calories). I feel pretty good about it. I also went to the gym today.

My whole day was:

tall java chip frap, no whip, almond milk

oat fudge bar

blue cheese with carrots, celery & cucumber

donut

guacamole & corn chips

kitkat

ben & jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream

ravioli

meatballs

salad

Nutrition: Protein - 90g Carbs - 351g Fat - 191g Sugar - 168 Fiber - 16 Cholesterol - 199 Sodium - 2900
