Best Keto Mug Cake Ever:
2Tbs butter melted, 3Tbs + 1Tsp Almond Flour, 1 large egg, 1Tbs cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 7 drops liquid stevia (or to your preference), 1/2Tbs heavy cream, 1/4Tsp vanilla extract, Pinch of cinnamon,
First melt butter, combine all ingredients well and microwave for 75 seconds. Optional: Top with whipped cream and I will sometimes put a scoop of peanut butter in the middle before microwaving to make a lava cake.
(Kind of high in calories but good for occasions)
Macros: 415 Calories, 10g Protein, 4g net carbs (6 total), 2g Fiber, 40g fat. (Doesn’t include whipped cream)
NOTE: Recipe is highly modified from one I found online but I don’t remember where.
