Easiest garlic butter ever
Ok, this is more of a public service announcement than a recipe, but if you melt some butter and add some pureed garlic (the kind that you find in a squeeze tube in the refrigerated spices area of the grocery store), you'll get something that tastes identical to the Papa John's tub of garlic butter. It's delicious, and I've been coating all my meats with it recently. It's a great way to make lean cuts of meat a little fattier.
