Strawberry French Toast Smoothie

I was given a bottle of sugar free brown sugar cinnamon flavored Torani syrup last night and used it in one of my regular strawberry smoothie recipes this morning. This particular flavor of sugar free syrup legit made my smoothie taste like strawberry french toast, I was amazed. It was insanely good.

Ingredients
Makes 1 serving

  • 75g sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Torani sugar free syrup, brown sugar cinnamon flavor
  • 1 tbsp ChocZero honest syrup, maple flavor
  • 1/2 tbsp Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener (or whatever keto friendly sweetener you'd like — you also can use more or less depending on how sweet you want your smoothie)
  • 1/4 tsp Morton lite salt (used to balance out the sweetness and for the added potassium — adjust to your personal taste)
  • 1/8 tsp xanthan gum (optional)
  • 3-5 ice cubes

Directions
Throw everything into a blender and blend. Then enjoy! Nutrition facts per serving are roughly 400 cal, 40g fat, 6.5g net carbs, 1g protein.
