Short, sedentary female? Consider walking!

(Obviously some people can't walk and I'm not targeting this towards them!)

I've seen so many women say, "I have to eat 1200 calories because I'm short and sedentary." I totally get that. I'm 5'3 myself and not really into intense excerise atm.

But walking just 2-3 miles per day can allow you to eat 1400 calories and have the same deficit. You can do a very short 1 mile walk in the morning and another 1-2 mile walk in the evening. That's really not a huge imposition!

I get that it's hard with the winter, but even in very cold weather, I find I can walk as long as I bundle up. (May not work if you live in Siberia).

Just a thought.
