30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 16

I hope your Wednesday is treating you well.
Weight by end of the month 275 - 273: 276.6 this morning. 278.9 trend weight (via Libra). I hope this is a whoosh & that I wasn't just dehydrated...
1500 ish calories a day (net): I've got 1580 planned today. 12/13
Exercise 5 days a week: I'm going to do a lower back routine & tbar swings. Also all the leg stretches in town. 12/16 days.
Self-care journaling once a week & love journals once a month: I'll hit this again next weekend. Haven't gotten to the love journals yet. 2/5 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: I'm going to bed early tonight. I'm tired. Hurumpft. 2/5 weeks.
Do a sketch prompt everyday: I'm still fiddling with very basic faces & some garments. I'll do more tonight before bed too. 16/16.
