I broke my diet and I am having trouble getting back on track
I was 240 lbs in January and have since dropped down to 168, but after 9 months of dieting I decided to indulge for a week and a half to try and reset my metabolism as I was not wanting to eat less than the already low 1400 calories a day I was at. I’m now struggling to not just want to eat everything I see anymore and I’m sure my hormones are out of wack from being in a deficit for the most part of a year. What would your best advice be to get back and stay on track for a lifestyle change? I keep telling myself I did it once and I can do it again but I’m struggling, in the week and a half I gained about 10 lbs and I really want to get back on track to get down to having abs. Abs would come in around 165 lbs but I’m now up to 177 (I’d at least like to lose my 10 lbs I gained)
