30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 21

Hello lovely losers & fluffy monsters,

It's my Friday kids. My desire to be productive wouldn't fill a Barbie thimble.

Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): 204.6 this morning, 205.5 trend weight.

Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): 1590 planned, gonna make some chicken legs nom nom. 2/2 weeks weekly calorie average, minus maintenance Mondays.

Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. 18/21 days.

Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/19 days): Took tomorrow off for a long weekend hells yes.

Try a new recipe once a week: Cowboy caviar, dry navy & black beans into plump & ready to cook beans in the freezer, 15 bean soup with ham & sweet roasted chickpeas with nuts so far. 3.5/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Probably not tonight. 26/50 pages.

No fast food, candy from the work dish or Starbucks: Check. This streak helped me say no to an intense binge urge last night. I'm not saying it was pretty & I may have almost cried over the lack of fried chicken but it's still a win 21 day streak no fast food, gift card only Starbucks, 3 candy related lapses in judgement.

Listen to my effing body: The stress exiting my body just knowing that I shan't be at work for 4 days was like someone took a yoke off my shoulders. Ahhhhhhhh.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Today I'm grateful for chicken legs, Cajun seasoning mix on clearance, broccoli slaw, my kitty, how easy it is to find information including how to say old cute kitty in Spanish annnnnd orgasms.
