Almost a year, and 115 lbs down.

Progress photos above. I started 6/13/19 at 368.5 lbs. Calorie counting, high protein, weight lifting, cardio, and redefining my relationship with food all played a part. I'm still not done yet, but I'm almost done with losing the weight, and then comes gaining more muscle. Once I get down to about 225, or 20% body fat, I will focus on building muscle and eating in a surplus of calories to do so. I didn't stick to a specific number with my calories, but rather based it on what I burned that day according to Fitbit. The more I burned, the more I could eat. I didn't cut out anything (like cookies, soda, pizza) but limited it and earned it via exercise. Did a little intermittent fasting, but it wasn't for me. Drank a lot of water. But I think the most important thing was being flexible with my calories. If I went over one day, I would just catch up the next day or two. I counted more on a weekly basis than just daily. I was gonna wait until June 13th of this year to post this, but I saw it was my cake day and appreciated the irony of celebrating cake day with a weight loss success story. A lot of reading on this subreddit helped, and so I'll gladly offer some advice on what worked for me to anyone who wants it.

Edit: I'm 6'2"
