How do I get this keto pizza recipe to have a crispier crust?
So I followed this recipe:
The only deviation I made was based on a recommendation from the comments, where I baked the crust at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
Then i added the toppings and broiled until the cheese melted Here are the ingredients I used for the crust:
1 1/2 Cups (198g) Blanched Almond Flour
2 Tbsps (15g) Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup (125g) No Sugar Added Pizza Sauce
1/2 Tsp Xanthan Gum
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
Tiny Pinch of Garlic Powder
Tiny Pinch of Onion Powder
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
The pizza turned out alright, my only gripe with it was that when eating it the crust wasn’t as crispy/crunchy as Id hope.
Do you guys have any tips?
