I need help. I need an accountability partner.
I just had my birthday a few days ago,and I am now 26 years old. Currently I'm weighing in at 250lbs. I used to be 140lbs 6 years ago, but many things have changed since then. I've moved to Thailand, got a new job, got married and now I have a son. I find myself losing weight a bit, then going back into bad habits. I'm so tired and sick of myself at this point. Its reached the point where I catch myself thinking darker thoughts and I don't want it to affect my family or my work.
I know what to do, for the most part. I just need discipline. I need someone to keep me in check when I trick myself into thinking "oh, you're doing great. you deserve a pizza". Preferably someone in my timezone, GMT+7. I just need someone to talk to.
