You can adjust the ratios to your tastes or needs. Today I used more butter than usual because I needed more fat. I tend to use table spoons to measure out the parts, but if you want to say make 2 servings to cover spaghetti then use 1/4 cups. The garlic powder can be omitted or substituted with garlic oil, or minced garlic. Even if you are not a fan of "shakey cheese" it works better that real grated parmesan to thicken up the cream.
