Blanched vs unblanched almond flour
Keto newbie here. I accidentally bought 4lbs of Bob's Red Mill Natural Almond Flour (that's what I get for not paying attention🤦♀️). Can I use it for keto baking still? All the recipe I see call for blanched almond flour and while textually it feels similar, I have no idea how it effects baking.
If I can't use it for baking, what can I use it for instead?
