Daily Keto 4U Review!
The blog I am choosing to review is Daily Keto 4U about a Ketogenic diet lifestyle. If you don’t know what that is here is the definition they gave:
“A keto diet plan is an eating plan that focuses on foods that supply a lot of healthful fats, adequate amounts of protein, and really few carbs. The goal is to get more calories from fat than from carbohydrates”
The reason I chose this blog is that mine is about the journey to the goals I have. The current one I am focusing on his weight loss and the different things tools to reach it. A benefit will be the journey. The ketogenic diet is, in fact, a tool for a healthy lifestyle that gives the benefit of weight loss.
What I like about this blog is it gives a lot of information about keto. How it relates to diabetes, Being in a ketosis state, things that people don’t ask like keto and alcohol! I appreciate the different aspects that they discuss. They explain carbohydrates. They don’t hide the fact of such a thing called keto rash and what it is. Some bloggers don’t express the ugly in the information they promote which gives an unbiased feel to the blog.
They have a different blog post that is good for beginners, such as what you should know, what to do before you start, 10 things desire to understand, and much more. Daily Keto 4U even includes seniors with ketosis for senior citizens. The point I am making is if it’s a lifestyle that you are interested in they have all the information for you. Even if you are not sure but just want to educate yourself it’s a one-stop shop of information.
