I'm now officially disgusted with chocolate (TMI)

All my life, chocolate has been a comfort food of mine. Whenever I'm having binging episodes, a chocolate mug cake is a must for me to feel better. Yesterday, after being good with eating 1000-1200 calories for 3 weeks, I decided that I deserve a cheat day (mainly because I was feeling anxious about school and friends). So at around 11 pm, I ate 8 chocolate crinkles (700-800 cals), and 1 mug cake (worth 1000 calories) and oh boy, my body was traumatized by the amount of sugar I just put into it. I woke up at 4 am with a very painful heartburn and I immediately ran to the bathroom to vomit. I am also experiencing very explosive diarrhea. I'm so proud of myself that I didn't purge but I guess my body is naturally trying to get rid of all the toxic stuff I put into it last night. Now my mom is baking chocolate chip cookies, and I AM DISGUSTED even by the smell of chocolate and butter. I guess having too much of one thing really makes you sick of it.

TLDR : i ate too much chocolate last night that my body is now automatically disgusted by it

EDIT: also want to add that I consumed about 3000 calories yesterday and I somehow lost 2 lbs. I guess its all from the bathroom breaks I've had this morning lol
