Losing motivation and need tips!
I’m currently at 253 from my heaviest which was 273 and yeah it’s 20 pounds but like I started this journey in July and it’s been 3 months and it sucks cause I wish I could have lost more and the only reason I didn’t is well because of me I own up to that but I am losing motivation to work out like it’s fun but lately I feel like I have no energy. What do you guys do that helps you wanna keep going and helps you from not binging because that also plays a factor. Also for sure a tip as to what to do when you eat and you know you ate a good amount but you don’t even feel full you still feel empty and is eating 1900 calories a good amount for a 253lb 5’7 female?
