Passion Fruit Mousse
Ingredients:
- 150mL of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Medium Passion Fruit
- 100ml of water
- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin (12-15g)
- 60g of the Keto Sweetener of your choice (I use a combination of 60g of Erythritol + A few drops of sucralose until I find it sweet enough)
- 10 drops of vanilla essence
Steps
- Whip the Heavy Whipping Cream until you reach chantilly consistency
- Separate the amount of passionfruit seed you want to decorate
- Blend the rest of the seeds, passion fruit juice, and water together.
- Use a fine strainer to pour the mixture in the whipped Heavy Cream.
- Put the rest of the ingredients (adjust sweetness to your taste) and keep whipping some more to mix the ingredients well.
- Serve, decorate with the Passion Fruit seeds and refrigerate the mixture overnight.
