Starting My Long Journey But I’m Determined
Hello everyone, 22F here. After a college freshman year of depression and self-loathing I gained 18 kgs in total. I went from 60 to 78 kgs. It was detrimental for my physical health. I was bloated all the time, I had lots of skin issues from acne to occasional rashes. I had no motivation for anything at all. I was a complete mess. I learned my lesson and now I’m doing so much better emotionally but the weight is still with me 🙃
Over the summer I’ve lost 2 kgs and now I’m 76 kgs. However, I had a lack of dedication and perseverance. I could not stick to any plan but I’m fed up with it.
I’m writing here to hold myself accountable and I’ll be back in the upcoming weeks to update my progress.
I hope that this time I will be successful in going back to my healthy self who was energetic and passionate about life and happy with the way she looked.
