Day 4, it’s been easier!
Things that are really helping so far are tons and tons of herbal tea and water, adding lots of vegetables to every meal, and keeping busy. So far I’ve watched 3 documentaries and read 2 books, which has been nice! I’ve started watching Jordan Shrinks on YouTube and so much of what she’s saying is ringing true. That helps too.
Today (it’s just gone midnight) is my 32nd birthday. I’ve planned and by making my breakfast and lunch a combined big brunch, going for a long walk, having a 4pm protein shake instead of my planned lunch and making good choices I can have a doughnut and go out for Indian while staying within my goal.
I don’t think I’m going to always stay within goal on my birthday, but as it’s the first week I don’t want to lose any momentum.
