I’m concerned I’m eating too little.

Title is pretty self explanatory. Recently I’ve cut my caloric intake a ton. Daily I’ve been eating and counting my calories. I’ve been eating between 400-800 calories a day. Made up of fruit, vegetables, and grilled chicken. Though this may sound horrible, as of late I haven’t had much of an appetite. I’m not starving myself. If I’m hungry I’ll make food, but I just haven’t been that hungry. It feels like I could keep doing this forever, but I’m concerned that if I keep doing this I’ll plateau forever because I didn’t gradually cut my calories. It feels odd forcing myself to eat when I’m not hungry just to reach the 1200 mark. Any advice is rad. Thanks.

Edit- just a quick note. I went from a like 3000 calorie diet to this. And I work out semi regularly now. Things like walking a couple of miles to full 30 minute HIIT exercises.
