Anyone use Happy Scale with Lose It?
Hi everyone,
Getting back on the accountable train and am giving a shot at daily weigh ins with Happy Scale. Consistent weekly weigh ins have been an issue for me because I will be doing really well, and then sleep poorly/stay out late/eat a ton of sodium the night before my weekly weigh in, then give myself an excuse to not weigh in that week; not necessarily derailing myself but not helpful either.
I like the idea of Happy Scale because it’s just a matter of standing on the scale every day, looking at the number, and not worrying about what may have happened the day before. The app will smooth any positive or negative trends.
My only hang up right now is how to take the weight from Happy Scale, and put it into Lose It on X interval. Anyone have a recommendation on timing or what number to be using from Happy Scale so that I am semi in-sync between the two for purposes of calorie adjustments and progress in Lose It?
