Having a hard time loosing more weight
I'm 1M70, I used to be 122KG back in 2019 and since then I slowly loosed weight over the years thank's to more physical activity and a "true" diet without sugary and industrial food. Now I'm 98KG.
Since 2 weeks ago I started working in a restaurant as a summer job and it's extremely physical: I am standing up for 7 hours straight constantly doing things, moving around etc. Naturally I was expecting to loose a little bit quicker than usual (because I still have a long way to go) but I am very disapointed by the results: in fact I didn't loosed anything within theses 2 weeks despite eating even less than before (simply because I don't even have time). I don't even eat at the restaurant, I take a meal before going to work and once I come back from work at midnight I eat something.
Also I go to work and come back at foot, so that's over 1H of daily walking on top of that...
I'm thinking about just eating some watermelon after going back from work, so basically 1 meal a day.
