I’m working hard but no scale results.
So, I first started working out again 3 months ago. I decided to do CrossFit because cardio can be very boring to me.
I’ve gone from bench pressing 15lbs to being able to bench press 50lbs. I’m working out 3x/week for 60minutes each time.
So, I know for a fact my body is changing. It’s just really hard to eat right when I don’t see/notice the body changes.
I’m very results driven/motivated.
I understand muscle weighs more than fat but as the number on the scale won’t move or sometimes even goes up — I get discouraged.
I’m wondering what other measurements/goals/milestones can I look to, to get inspiration from/feel better about myself for?
Then when it comes to eating it pisses me off because I can easily destroy my diet with one meal or snack. The other night I said fuck it and ate an entire big bag of salt&vinegar chips. I need to work on not doing that.
Ugh. Idk. I’m just frustrated . Any advice is warmly welcomed.
