Please help me with your suggestions
You’ve heard it all before. I’m not huge but I’m definitely unhealthy. Cholesterol has been creeping up for years and am not in a very bad range. Around 20 pounds overweight and borderline obese. Have two kids and a very stressful job but today is the day, diet starts now.
Lunch time arrives, oh I’ll take the unhealthy option, just not so much of it. Lunch is free and there are healthier options but I’ll just eat a little so that’s okay.
Rough long day at work, pick up the kid. Come home and say hi to the other child and spouse. Diet will start tomorrow as I gorge on food for dinner in minutes and immediately regret it. I’ve failed for the day, feel terrible and so the cycle goes on.
I’ve gained and lost more weight than I can imagine. I drink plenty of water and work out 4-5x a week which is helping me ultimately balloon to obesity. How does everyone stay on track? I don’t eat out, I just don’t eat well and I eat and snack way too much. How to stay motivated in that short amount of time where you just want to give into the day?
How do you all stay so motivated on your loseit journeys?
