Tips for a beginner?
I am 22F. My starting weight was 214 lbs. I'm currently going into my 4th week of this journey and I am sitting at 207 lbs.
I intermittent fast, so I only eat between 12-8, although this was really just more for the convenience surrounding my work schedule. I try to only consume 1300-1400 calories a day, and I like planning my meals ahead of time/keeping low calorie foods in the house because the less time I spend thinking about food, the better I feel. I also do a high intensity workout for 20 minutes 4-5 days a week (I started at 10 minutes & am slowly working my way towards longer).
Does anyone have any tips that helped them in their journey they would like to share? I just want to continue to do this the right (healthy) way.
