Im just looking for some help
I'll start off with the basics im 16, 6.2, male, and weigh 334lb's. Im tired of being fat and have been for a while but when i try to get into loosing weight i get overwhelmed. Im trying calorie cutting and exercising but i think im not calorie cutting good enough since i dont have a food scale or a general understanding in how to calculate calories of home cooked meals and then ive also heard people talk about how the calories on labels are just wrong sometimes. I also dont know if what i eat matters as long as i stay under my calories or if somethings are just a no go and i dont really know what i should be aiming for as a calorie goal i really wanted to loose weight so i set it at 1k and people told me you shouldnt go that low so i went up to 1.5k. Ive lost a bit of weight from doing this for a week about 7lbs but then when i hit the weight im at rn i stopped going down i wasnt even expecting to loose that much that fast but now im just worried im doing somthing wrong sinse ive been stuck at the weight im at rn for a good week. I realize that i havent been doing this for that long but it just seemed weird for me to stop and im just a little worried.
