Does anyone have any tips on how to stop eating so many carbs when it feels impossible to start?
I’m looking for any tips/tricks on how to stop eating so many carbs when it feels impossible. I know the obvious answer is “just do it,” or “discipline,” but I don’t necessarily have the skills yet to be able to “just do it.” My entire diet is basically bread and it literally feels like my body is addicted to it! I was wondering if anybody had any tricks on how to at least START cutting down on bread. Like is there another food that I can eat when I’m craving bread? I’m just looking for anything because every time I try to make a huge drastic change in my diet, like just cutting out bread, it doesn’t last.
