How did diet and fitness change your libido and/or overall energy levels? Alternatively, how has it impacted your libido/energy since you've gained weight?

Obviously this question is better answered for people who have been in long term relationships as they can accurately compare their interest in sex and/or planning active dates outside the home. But I'm also interested in hearing what people have noticed regardless of their relationship status, whether they think about it more, or feel sexier, or feel more confident?

Promise i'm not a perv, just a woman with a great deal of interest in how these things have affected (or not affected) people who are attempting to better themselves in life. Perhaps it could be an informative and motivating thread for people who feel stagnant in areas of their life outside of health. Often the good changes we make for ourselves can result in other positives that were unexpected.
