Portion control without calorie counting!
Hi! I have lost 70 lbs and dropped my cholesterol 70 pts over the last few years by eating closer to a fully plant based diet. Now that I am in a maintenance mode I'd like to explore some flexible approaches to portion control. It's always good to have more tools! Lately I've been enjoying the half plate rule (half of every meal is fruits and vegetables). Anyone have some rules or schemes they use to limit mindless eating and enhances the joy of meals? Thank you!
