Should I get my nexplanon removed?
I don't know if its in my head or if its Nexplanon. I have had this birth control for about a year. I've gained 15lbs on it. I've been going to the gym the last 2 months 5 days a week for anywhere from an hour and a half to three hours. I usually burn a minimum of 700 calories and do 15-30 mins of weights. I have cooked all my own meals except for 2 take out meals in this time frame. I've been having calorie deficit of 600-800 on the days I work out. I weighed myself today and I am 1lb over where I started two months ago. Is it possibly the birth control maintaining my weight? Is it maybe something else I should get checked out? Help cause I am getting so frusterated! 5"4 female 205lbs. At this weight and height I feel like it should be falling off the first few weeks! Also want to add I love everything else about Nexplanon. No periods is awesome!
