Cant understand calories
I'm 16 and I already lost like 100 pounds (I was very obese 320lbs) currently I weight around 220-215 , the thing is I lost the weight in the span of 2 years because I was constantly binge eating and dieting at the same time and I shouldnt have done it. Now I'm eating clean but Im losing weight very easily and fast and I want slower.I do jogging around 5km the day and the evening I train boxing for about an hour. I'm eating like 2200 calories but im thinking to up them to 2500 because I'm just losing weight too fast . Every calculator confuses me cause it says I should eat to 3000 or even 3500 to LOSE WEIGHT which is ridiculous. I just am confused about the whole burning calories. I stay in home all day besides the jogging and boxing. Can anyone help me im 5'10 215lbs 16 how much calories should I consume to lose like a kg a week
