How do you control cravings in the evening/at night?
I've been trying to lose weight since the beginning of November 2021 and so far it's been going well. I've lost around 6.3kg and my goal is to lose 10kg, so I'm not far off anymore.
Lately, it's been a bit difficult to lose weight as I've been getting cravings in the evening or at night. I eat 1200-1300 calories a day. Usually everything is fine throughout the day and I eat at a calorie deficit. Dinner (which is my last meal) I try to make as filling and big as my calorie goal allows me.
Then, at night, I usually start to get extreme cravings for chocolate and at that moment I don't even care whether I'm trying to lose weight or not, I literally just eat tons of chocolate. When I started losing weight I've not had this problem before. So basically the last couple of days have been days where I've perfectly counted all my calories and stayed within my goal, but then everything gets destroyed by my cravings.
How do you guys control that urge?
