I’m gonna get fat again

I’ve lost 40 pounds and I’m holding on by a thread. I’m not binge eating like I used to but I’m not sticking to my calorie goals at all. I’ve been eating well above maintenance. I’m losing sight now that I’m feeling not as fat. But I’m not where I want to be and ordering pizza and eating candy more often is a slippery slope. My journey isn’t over and I’m acting like it is. I can’t gain this weight back and I want to lose another 10-20 pounds. It’s getting so hard to carry on and I cannot undo everything I have worked so hard for. I’m scared.
