Is it okay to eat snacks
I'm on a diet but I realised I'm eating too few calories so im upping them from 2200 to 2500 so I dont lose weight too fast . I usually eat alot of protein like 130g a day minimum I eat fruits and vegetables and try to eat atleast 25g fiber a day . Is it bad if sometimes I eat snacks like popcorn , chocolate bar and stuff because it's hard to reach 2500 calories eating only fruits vegetables , meat and nuts . I also eat wholegrain bread it helps me with the fiber intake. Any thoughts?
