Stubborn upper-arm fat after weightloss

Hey everyone!

So it has been bothering me for a while so I decided to ask here.

I used to be an obese kid (almost 200 lbs at the age of 11) and managed to lose a significant amount and get into the healthy range now being around 149 lbs, and 5'6 tall. (I am 18 now, female)

I work out a lot, have been doing it more intensely for the past two-two and a half years.

Generally I like my body, and am proud of myself for getting down to a healthy weight, but... My so called "bat wings" never went away. My arms are rather muscular as I do lots of exercises focusing on that area because of that, and the excess fat did shrink a bit over the years but never disappeared. It's not big at all, and no one ever said a bad thing about it but it bothers me.

Is this thing here to stay? I'm young so I thought I'll be able to get rid of it if I act soon enough, was I wrong? Can I do anything about it or should I just accept it?
