What do I do next?
I started my calorie deficit at 2500 calories. After losing what I could, I cut down to 2200. Then 2000, and now I’m at 1700.
Each time I was plateauing heavily and even included going to the gym, lifting, and weighing out my food. The only thing that’s helped me progress is cutting more calories. But now I’m at a point where I’m afraid I won’t lose anymore weight and I’ll lose gains I’ve made in the gym.
What can I do about this? How do I reset the calorie limit without gaining back an insane amount of weight I worked so hard to get rid of?
