Disappointed with this week's results. 1.1lb/0.5kg

I don't know where to start really. My weight loss has been so slow and I'm struggling to understand why. I worked so hard especially this week because I was tired of seeing only 1lb losses. I counted ALL my calories, stayed in a 1000 calorie deficit, I've been to the gym three times this week. I don't know where I'm going wrong.

Last time I embarked on this journey I was losing the weight much quicker, then I gained it all back. Maybe it's true what they say, its harder to lose when you gain it back. I don't know 😕

Any advice/words of encouragement?

I'm a 26 year old female standing at 163cm and currently weigh 93.6kg or 206lb.
