How do I learn to love myself while on my weight loss journey?
I’ve recently begun my weight loss journey and I am really excited and motivated about it. I can’t wait to become the ideal version of myself that I’ve always wanted to be. But whenever I look in the mirror, I see that I’m still not who I want to be yet.
I understand that weight loss doesn’t happen overnight and that with determination, I will see results.
How can I be more comfortable with the way my body looks now while on my journey. How can I learn to love the way I look now. How can I go out in public feeling confident?
Any help would be appreciated.
