Starting my fitness/weight loss journey
I've been really unhappy with the way I look lately, so I want to start making a change. I want to feel stronger and fitter and not run out of breath doing simple activities. I thought I'd post this as some sort of motivation, because in the past when I've tried to work out, I quit within 2 weeks.
I'm confident this time that I can stick to it and see a change in a few months. My weight has also made is very hard for me to feel comfortable going out, wear particular clothes and, overall, just feel good about myself. So I'm hoping to improve my self image throughout this journey too.
