Skin feels lose after weight loss
Hi!
A year ago, because of tight schedule, I lost around 8 kilos cause i wasn't eating enough for 3 to 6 months. Like, I was skipping lunch (which made me feel very weak). Because of that I started to feel my skin not as tight as before. Not anything crazy, but noticeable and annoying to me
Now I started exercising 4 days per week (its been 2 months now, and i gained some muscle mass back) and to eat more, but I still don't feel my skin exactly as it was.
Whenever I would lose weight before, my skin would catch up very fast but I never lost so much so fast before.
So my Question is: Is my skin going to catch up eventually and it just takes longer now because the weight loss was extreme (if yes, in how long?) OR should I not wait for that and just try to gain some weight back?
I'm female, 25 years old.
