Keto chocolate pie

I'm an avid baker, and so far have managed to refine a really good lemon pie and cheesecake that comply with keto requirements.
However, I've really managed to screw up a few different chocolate pies - I think that this is because low-carb chocolate isn't consistent everywhere, and most likely the one I'm using is too fatty for the recipes I am attempting.
I use the Godiva 90% dark chocolate bar for the filling. Has anyone made a good keto-chocolate-pie with this bar?
