Anyone else kind of lose interest in food after a few weeks of CICO / actively trying to lose weight?

I have really changed over the last couple of months. Not just physically, but mentally as well. When I decided to make a lifestyle change (NOT a diet- diets are temporary, this is forever), I committed to a fixed calorie limit and exercise routine. I'm happy to say that I've been good about it for two months now. The changes on my body are obvious, but what I wasn't expecting were the changes in my mentality toward food.

I eat pretty much the same thing every day. I vary it a bit for health reasons, but most of my meals are veggie based with a lean protein. Very few grains and almost no sugar or dairy. At first it was hard. I craved sugary snacks and junk food. After a couple weeks I began to really embrace veggies and develop a taste for them. A couple weeks after that, I found that instead of needing to force myself to control my eating, I need to force myself to eat enough. It has almost become a chore. Food used to give me a lot of pleasure, but now it's just something I do to keep my body going. It's just as mundane as going to the bathroom or sleeping. I have virtually no interest in fast food, sugar, and stuff like that. It sounds totally unappealing. I actually get sick to my stomach when I picture biting into a burger or pizza. I tried to eat a few Skittles the other day and they were so sour and overwhelmingly sweet that I ended up spitting them out.

I'm not really complaining, because my aversion to junk food has made weight loss incredibly easy. However I also find that I'll look at the clock and realize that I haven't eaten in ten hours, but food still doesn't sound good so I'll just make myself eat veggies or something healthy. I'm still eating 1,400 - 1,600 kcal per day so I'm not starving or anything, but sometimes it's a real challenge to make myself eat enough!

Anyone else like this?

TL;DR: I went from a glutton to having to force myself to eat, having no interest in junk food at all, and having to remind myself to eat in general. Sugary foods and unhealthy stuff now make my stomach turn, whereas veggies I will tolerate because I have to eat something, but I have almost no appetite in general. Anyone else experience this?
