I never thought i coupd post it..BUT I HIT ONEDERLAND!
For a while I've been hanging out right at 208 and 210. I then read a post about having to manually make my fitness pal update. My calories dropped to 1500. I ate 1200 of them plus going to the gym. I woke up and got on the scale as usual expecting either a pound increase or stay the same. But the scale read 198! I finally FINALLY hit onederland! Only 60 more pounds to go! Thank you guys so much!!
