Fuck the scale. It refuses to acknowledge my progress this last three weeks. I feel myself getting leaner. My wife has even been commenting on my weight loss. Yet, the scale, in its infinite wisdom, will not change its opinion of me. I don't need your approval. I will keep doing CICO and working out as hard as I can. You will eventually acknowledge me.
