Running for the bus no longer leaves me breathless
I'm usually lurking here but I started my diet and exercise at the beginning of May. I haven't noticed too much of a difference but I left my night class tonight and saw the bus coming up when I was a block away. I sprinted for it and reached the bus as it pulled into the stop. Sure I was panting, but I didn't even feel tired, I felt like I could sprint two or three more blocks! It's little, but I like noticing a difference like this in myself! I'd have been left completely out of breath and guzzling water a month ago!
(If anyone is curious, I do a warm up of pushing the treadmill (on an incline if needed) without it being on, 2 sets of 30 secs and one of 45 secs, before my workout.)
