I’d love to hear from other TALL women of LoseIt, especially if you have a larger frame.
I am 6’1” and 235 lbs at 33 years old and I would love to get down to 200 lbs. (My family doctor's suggestion, based on my build/frame.)
I know about all the calorie calculators but I am curious what my peers are doing with respect to caloric intake, protein goals, exercise goals, flexibility goals, etc.
