What to track with no step tracker?
I don't have a step tracker but I use map my walk when I go on walks. I was just thinking, should I be tracking other walking activities? Like today, I'm going out with my mom and I know I'll be walking around for a few hours. Should I be tracking extended walking around activities like that on map my walk? Or should I only be tracking walking specifically for exercise?
