A realisation
After having reached my goal weight I decided to save up my entire daily calories for a chocolate binge day. I kept eating the chocolate, no sense of hunger or need just for fun.
Once I finished I realised I didn’t enjoy it as much. Sure it was fun and tasty in the moment but I was left feeling sluggish and lazy. I missed my healthy breakfast and dinner.
I feel like I’ve changed my entire mindset on food. Eat when hungry not for fun or when bored. Starting tomorrow I’m going back to my regular healthy meals not because I have to but because I enjoy them and they leave me feeling healthy better about myself.
